Sales response time monitoring

When our collaboration began, our client already had Microsoft Power BI data visualization software in use and reporting based on data from their customer relationship management system, among others. The existing reporting was essentially good and functional, but increased reporting needs required additional assistance for further development.

According to our client, there was room for improvement in the response times of their quotation process, prompting the search for a solution. In light of this, we designed new reports to support the existing ones, enabling the sales team to streamline their quotation process and address data points causing distortions in key performance indicators (KPIs). The visualization of the new reports specifically focused on identifying bottlenecks in the quotation process, allowing the sales teams to utilize these insights in their daily meetings.
